Overview

Built for buildings that can’t afford downtime.

General contractors, property managers and building owners across Toronto bring us in when commercial plumbing sits on the critical path. We deliver code-compliant installations, clean coordination with other trades and documentation that stands up at turnover.

From ground-up ICI new construction to retrofits in occupied buildings, every project runs on the same discipline: pre-construction planning, tight site logistics and direct communication with your team.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work directly with general contractors?

Yes. Most of our commercial work is delivered as a trade partner to general contractors and construction managers, with pre-construction coordination, scheduling and documented QA/QC on every project.

Can you work in occupied commercial buildings?

Yes. We plan retrofit and service work around your tenants and operations — including after-hours and phased shutdowns — so the building keeps running while we work.

Which areas do you serve?

We serve Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, including North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham and the surrounding regions.
